Privacy is an important principle in all operations of Nurture & Grow Counselling Service and its official website. To make payment for services, information collected will financial details to make the payment for the services: this can be taken over the phone & entered in the via square EFTPOS machine, during face to face visit swipe/tap card for payment on the square EFTPOS machine, this could be received via bank transfer where your customer ID & name is required to make a direct transfer payment, or this could be in the form of providing your NDIS number to make payment via your plan manager directions.

If you submit an enquiry online to be contacted we ask you do not leave personal details about your circumstances rather a number or email in which we can contact you over the phone in a private & confidential setting.  Nurture & Grow Counselling Service uses Vista Print - Australia services to power the website, as such the information is stored on their server for the information to be transmitted to Nurture & Grow Counselling Service email. As such, we request only very minimal personal information. Nurture & Grow Counselling Service does not take any responsibility for the information in which you place in this enquiry, as it states please do not put personal details outside of name & email or contact number.

Referral forms can be used to fill out basic information to access Nurture & Grow Counselling Sevice is the right service that can support you or your son/daughter. Mandatory sign-in for COVID-19 using the business QR code is required, although if anyone entering the premises is unable to electronically sign in,  an alternate sign-in method must record the contact details of the person and be kept ready and available for a minimum period of 28 days to provide to NSW Health if requested in accordance with the Public Health Act 2010. This information only will be provided if requested: personal your name and phone number, time of entry and time of exit.

Also to liaise with NDIS plan managers to assist with the invoicing payments. Individuals associated with Nurture & Grow Counselling Service will contact you only: a) in response to a question or suggestion initiated by you, b) in accordance with your prior consent to be contacted, (i.e. to complete feedback evaluations about the process of counselling, or to receive newsletters or promotions for upcoming events such as workshops, etc.), or c) as necessary to conduct the normal business affairs associated with the provision of services that you have initiated (i.e. scheduling matters, collecting on overdue accounts, reminders about upcoming appointments, the follow-up to services being provided, etc).
