NDIS Capacity Building Counselling
Our NDIS counselling supports are tailored to children, young people and adults, with a focus on emotional regulation, communication, confidence, relationships, independence and everyday functioning. All therapy support is individualised to the participant’s goals, developmental needs and circumstances.
Individual Counselling - Adults
At Nurture & Grow Counselling Service, we provide a confidential and supportive space to explore emotional wellbeing, relationships, life transitions, stress, grief and other personal challenges. Counselling is tailored to the individual, supporting greater understanding, coping and meaningful change.
Child, Youth & Young Adult Counselling
We provide developmentally appropriate counselling for children, adolescents and young adults. Child-Centred & Play-Based Counselling is available from age 4 –11, with Youth & Young Adult Counselling available for ages 12–24, supporting emotional regulation, communication, confidence, relationships and wellbeing.
NDIS Capacity Building Services
